A new family home on the bush clad hills above Lowry Bay, the Mcnay House steps up a steeply sloping site. Terraced areas take advantage of the hillside landscape, maximising views and outlook, while also defining interior spaces within the home for entertaining, living and sleeping.
Cantilevered platforms are poised over a swimming pool, and all rooms take advantage of the spectacular views. Materials include a light zinc and cedar cladding with concrete to add a sense of grounding and solidity.
